Complete renovation & extension, this project was commissioned by the owner-occupiers looking to increase the functional & liveable spaces & size of the house.

Provisioned a short five (5) month window to renovate the entire home, the house was completely gutted to allow for rewiring and new plumbing installed, as well as adding a new swimming pool, a whole upstairs level, all while maintaining & honouring the heritage features of the house.
